Customers Affected: Zendesk Support and Guide customers on all Pods.
Affected products: Support and Guide.
Expected behavior: During the maintenance window, Zendesk systems should continue to operate normally. While extremely unlikely, customers may experience a short period of timeout errors when accessing the Support and Guide UI and connectivity issues when attempting to load attachments.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Edge network team is improving parts of our external DNS configuration to increase reliability and performance.
