    This is a really promising and exciting feature. Would Zendesk consider ultimately making this available to Guide Professional customers as well? Many of Guide Enterprise's features are geared toward enhancing productivity of larger support teams; this feature would be helpful for much smaller teams as well.

    I have the same question—will it work across brands (Help Centers) within the same Guide account? It would help to know this now for our content strategy we're working on now and as we wait to see if we can get early access.

    Yes, Content Blocks are designed to work across branded Help Centers in the same Zendesk account. Hope that helps!

    As a small business, we would love to see this on the Professional platform as well! We just aren't large enough for enterprise, but NEED this functionality!
