How long does it take for widget changes to take effect? I made changes to my Web Widget under Admin () > Channels > Widget, but those changes are not showing up on the live widget on my website. Why are the changes not showing up in the production environment?
When you make changes to the settings, or contact options selected, in your Web Widget, usually the change goes into effect immediately. Sometimes though, depending on what change is made, it could take up to 30 minutes to show up in the live environment.
Make sure and give the widget time to update. If you do not see the changes appearing on your live widget after 30 minutes, Contact Zendesk Customer Support.
