How can I share my smart list with my team?
When you create a smart list, the list is only visible to you in your account. There are two options to share your saved views of data with your colleagues:
- Admins can create a smart list template if they want to share a list with all users on the account. Users can then add the template from their working center to quickly reference the filtered list of data.
- Export a smart list to share the data with someone outside of your account. The export option allows you to filter for a specific subset of data and then send the CSV file to a third party.
