I want to keep a record of all our interactions from a ticket to my email client. How can I keep a copy of every outbound email sent from my Zendesk account in my email client?
Use the email archiving feature to receive a copy of all your ticket interaction to your email client. For more information about archiving tickets, see the article: Archiving ticket email notifications (Enterprise).
