I want to use the Support mobile app and enable IP restriction for Guide at the same time. Is there a way to use IP restrictions on Zendesk Guide and not on Zendesk Support?
No, IP restrictions apply to all Zendesk products on your account. The restriction applies to the Support mobile app as well. To use the Zendesk Support mobile app with IP restriction enabled, add your IP addresses your mobile device uses on your IP restriction list.
