The date format of the time filters in Explore depends on the language selected in the user profile.
For instance, if in your user profile in Zendesk Support, the Language field is English (United States), the date format is MM/DD/YYYY. To change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY, select English (United Kingdom) or another language that uses this format.
