The same proactive chat message keeps appearing for my customers. The trigger is firing repeatedly on the same customer sending the same message multiple times. I have selected fire only once per visitor but the message is still sending over and over. How do I stop this?
This is related to a Chat trigger in your account.
- From inside your Chat dashboard, navigate to Settings > Triggers.
- Locate the trigger in question. You will see the text that is being delivered to the customer under Actions.
- To ensure that the message sends only once per customer, make sure that the Fire only once per visitor box is checked.
