We are happy to announce that we are standardizing how a Content Cue is dismissed in Content Cues from Zendesk Guide.
What has changed?
Instead of having two ways of removing a cue, you can now click Dismiss cue whenever you want to remove a cue from your list of Content Cues. This is an example of how the Support Topic cue cards look after the change:
Once you have dismissed a cue, we will prompt you to leave optional feedback to understand if the cue was helpful or not.
Will the feedback improve my Content Cues?
Please note that your Content Cues will not improve overnight, but the more feedback you provide the better are the chances that our team can optimize your future Content Cues.
When is it available?
We will gradually roll out to all our Content Cues customers, and expect to be fully rolled out to everyone by the 3rd of July.
