I am told I can create two different voicemail greetings. One for when our business is available and one for when we are closed. How do I set up a different voicemail greeting for after business hours?
Answer
You can add a different voicemail for after business hours.
To add a voicemail for after business hours.
- Click the Admin icon (
) in the sidebar, then select Channels > Talk.
- Select the Numbers tab.
- Click the number for which you want to set a voicemail greeting.
- Make sure that you have a schedule set for the number. See the article: Routing calls based on business hours (Talk Professional and Enterprise).
- Click the Voicemail tab and set the greeting for Outside schedule.
- Click Save changes.
