    Hi Oscar
    Did you try enabling this type of attachment from your Chat dashboard?

    1. Sign in as a Chat admin.
    2. Open the Chat dashboard.
    3. Navigate to Settings > Account > File sending.
    4. Then, add .doc as a file type

    Hi, I can't find it documented anywhere - but is it correct that we're not able to attach .doc files? Is there a reason/recommended way around this please?
