How can I tell which of my users have received a proactive Chat message while on the Chat dashboard?
When viewing the Visitors tab on your Chat dashboard, the customers on your website are color coded. The customers whose icon is dark blue have activated a chat trigger, such as a proactive message.
If you use chat triggers to accomplish tasks other than sending proactive messages, such as assigning the chat a department or a tag, then this will not be a sole indicator of who has received a proactive message.
