How to identify visitors in the Chat widget

    Hi there, I have a question.

    Visitors that visit our website should input their email manually upon initiating the chat widget however recently we've had the email addresses pre-filled under the [Email] section of the built-in chat widget. However these email addresses do not actually belong to the actual visitors themselves but rather random email addresses pre-filled that may have been from our existing client database from Zendesk Support. 

    Please assist to investigate if this a system bug from your end? Hoping to hear from you soonest

    Hey Jee,

    It looks like one of our agents replied to a ticket you created with us but was unable to replicate this issue. Are you still running into issues with this on your end?
