I no longer receive offline messages and I found that the offline form does not show on my widget. Why does my offline form not show up on my widget for my customers?
There are two possible reasons why the offline form does not show on your widget.
- Your offline form is turned off. To enable the offline form, see the article How do I enable the offline form?
- Your contact form is enabled for the Web Widget. The Chat offline form is not applicable when the contact form is turned on in the Web Widget.
