    Hi - I was playing around with this in our Sandbox environment, and the redirect made it so a ticket wasn't actually created when I tried your solution. Is it possible I'm doing something incorrectly or forgetting something?

    Hi Crawford,

    I'm sorry that you're running into this!

    1. Could you verify that the code was added specifically to the document_head.hbs file?

    2. Would you be able to paste the exact code you used here so I can take a quick look at it?

    Thanks!

    Hey there! I think I had some URL issues that I was able to resolve on my own. Thanks for the response!

    Hello!

    I added the code to the document.head.hbs and it works very well. However, we have several languages in our helpcenter, so some URLs will be

    https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/en-gb?return_to=%2Fhc%2Frequests

    and some will be

    https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/da?return_to=%2Fhc%2Frequests

    How can i add more sites that will be redirected?

    I tried doing it like this

    <script type="text/javascript">
    if ( window.location.href === "https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/da?return_to=%2Fhc%2Frequests"){
    window.location.href = "https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/da/articles/360021204360";
    }
    if ( window.location.href === "https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/en-gb?return_to=%2Fhc%2Frequests"){
    window.location.href = "https://help.yourcompanyname.com/hc/da/articles/360021204360";
    }
    </script>

    I've obviously changed the help.yourcompany.com to our domain.

    Please advice.
