Is it possible to set a default ticket form for an agent group?

    This solution works only when a ticket is triggered ? 

    Can this contextual workspace not being defined based on the "standard group" of the agent ? 

    Because for cases that are coming in and not created by the Agent, well the triggers does the job...

    What about when the agent want to create a brand new ticket ? 

    Currently with Contextual workspaces that doesn't work. 

    It also doesn't take into account the app "Select an address"


    Can this being implemented?
