I am not receiving transcripts through the email piping feature. How do I find out what causes the email delivery problem?
To troubleshoot email piping delivery issues
- Check your spam or junk folders. Emails for the chat transcripts may have been marked as spam because of the volume of email notification you receive.
- Confirm with your email host or ISP if any email from Zendesk Chat is blocked.
- If the first two are ruled out, contact the Zendesk Customer Support.
