Zendesk will be performing DNS maintenance across all Pods during two scheduled windows listed below. No downtime is expected.

Affected Products: Zendesk Support and Help Center (Guide & Gather)
Expected behavior: During the maintenance windows, Zendesk systems should continue to operate normally. Though no disruption is expected, there is however an extremely low risk of DNS resolution failures, that could translate into Zendesk customers being unable to access some FQDNs of zendesk.com, experiencing timeout errors or connectivity issues on applications that could translate out to server errors (500s).
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Edge network team is improving parts of our external DNS configuration to increase reliability and performance.
