In Zendesk Chat Analytics I get the error message Invalid date range. You must select a date range up to 90 days. Can I pull chat analytics for more than the 90-day date range?
No, you can only export with a 90-day date range. As a workaround, make multiple 90-day Zendesk Chat Analytics exports and stitch the CSV files together.
The limit was originally set for a couple of reasons
- To protect the Chat infrastructure.
- To ensure the attachment size is small enough to be reliably sent and uploaded.
