I want users on our Sales page to go to a live Chat account that's different from the live Chat account on our Support page. Can I have multiple live Chat options on my website?
Yes, you can have different live Chat accounts on different pages of your website, but you cannot embed multiple Chat accounts on the same page.
You can also use the same account to route chats to a different group of agents. Create multiple departments on the same Chat account and use triggers to route visitors based on which page they are on.
