I want to configure my agent's personal views. Can administrators set up an agent's personal views?
Answer
No, admins cannot configure personal views for an agent. The agent must create personal views for themselves while signed in to their own account.

I would like to be able to set up personal views for our agents without using up our allocation of shared views. It seems like an oversight that it cannot be done by an admin.
