Customers affected: All Explore customers, regardless of pod, will be impacted.
Affected products: Impact will be limited to Explore.
Impact for customers: During the maintenance window, customers will not be able to access Explore nor will their schedules be sent. Individual accounts can expect less than a minute of downtime, which may be extended to the full window to complete the maintenance.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Explore team is upgrading Explore infrastructure for increased reliability and performance. It will be performed over the weekend to minimize disruption and impact.
