Can I report on CCs or followers in Explore?

  • Bumping this to ask will there ever be a plan to be able to report on this?

    There's a couple metrics our team would love to be able to get based on CCs. The main one is due to our team stepping in to assist with support tickets across multiple groups/forms where we are CCed, but never assigned the ticket. Sometimes we can add a tag to help out with this but not always, so the metric based on that alone would not be consistent. Even if there could be metrics specifically on Agents CCed in a ticket that would be super helpful.

    We have no announcements on if or when this will be added to our product roadmap. I would recommend sharing your use case with our developers in our product feedback forums so our devs and other members can add their thoughts on your request.
