Can I set up a query in such a way that I can exclude certain hours of a specified day?
For example, I'm running a report from Sunday the 2nd until Saturday the 8th and want to exclude 8 and 9AM on Wednesday the 5th. How do I do that?
To exclude a specific time frame on a specific date, you will need to create a custom calculated attribute.
The attribute will be in this format:
IF DATE_FORMAT([Ticket created - Timestamp],"YYYY-mm-DD hh24") >= "2020-08-05 08"
AND DATE_FORMAT([Ticket created - Timestamp],"YYYY-mm-DD hh24") < "2020-08-05 09"
Replace the "2020-08-05 08" and "202-08-05 09" with your own specific date and time. Make sure the time is two digits in 24 hour format. This will ensure that only tickets on the specified date and hour(s) will be excluded from the report.
