Can I exclude a specific period of time from my report?

    Hi LJ, 

    i want to exclude Lunch break 12:30 to 13:00 every day from report (Talk Dataset).

    I tried:

    IF DATE_FORMAT([Leg - Timestamp],"HH:MM") >= "12:30"
    AND DATE_FORMAT([Leg - Timestamp],"HH:MM") < "13:00"
    THEN "Exclude"
    ELSE "Include"
    ENDIF

     

    But so far it only not work, I only get "include" option.

    if I changed it to:

     

    IF DATE_FORMAT([Leg - Timestamp],"HH:MM") >= "12:00"
    AND DATE_FORMAT([Leg - Timestamp],"HH:MM") < "13:00"
    THEN "Exclude"
    ELSE "Include"
    ENDIF

     

    It works correctly with Include / Exclude

     

    How I can filter "mm" / Minutes correctly?

    Hi Tobias!

    Can you try creating a custom attribute like this?

    You can then apply this attribute as filter, and then select "Work hours" or exclude "Lunch break".

    Is there a way for me to report on end of working day Yesterday to a specified hour today.  I send out a daily report end of day each day however the previous days after hours are always missing.  Can someone help with that? Thanks

    Update: I am using a filter on Ticket created - Timestamp; I am reporting 24hrs in the past to end of day and then having the report scheduled out at the same time everyday which covers the above hours I need.  It would be nice if the filters had End of Working day added in.

    Hi Tina,

    Upon checking the documentation, there is no metric for the "End of Working Day" yet in the product. Aside from using a Filter on your query, you can also add a time filter on your Dashboard with the Advanced Ranges using the 24 hours in the past to the end of the day.
