I want to measure the number of hours an agent is logged in to Talk each day (regardless of status). I also want to check the historical data of agent availabilities in Talk. Is there a metric or attribute that allows me to report on how long an agent was logged into Talk?
No. There isn't a metric in Explore to measure the overall length of time an agent was logged in to Talk.
