How can I hide the sharing agreement list?
By default, all agents have access to the drop-down list of sharing agreements.
There is no built-in way to disable this setting. However, you can use the Ticket Field Manager to hide the field or make it read-only. Alternatively, you can write your own custom app.
If you want to use the Ticket Field Manager app to make the Sharing field view-only, add the field to the Read-only form fields option in the app settings.
To do this
- Go to Admin > Apps > Manage.
- Open the Ticket Field Manager app.
- Under Read-only form fields, enter sharedWith.
- Click Update.
