We have been receiving reports of issues with Talk on POD 18. Our team is already investigating the cause.
Root Cause Analysis
This incident was caused by a configuration issue in a new deployment tool that caused Talk dashboard assets to become inaccessible after a deployment.
To fix this issue, the deployment was reverted and the change was redeployed to properly reference the assets, restoring Talk Dashboard functionality.
- Ensure deployments are synced between deployment tools,
- Created alerts for assets not being available.
