There are many end users in a single organization in my account. Each time one of them creates a ticket all of them get an email notification of that ticket's creation. Why do all customers in a single organization get a notification of a ticket being created by someone else in the organization?
If an end user is allowed to view organization tickets, this end user can chose to follow tickets created or updated in the organization. An end user follows an organization by logging in to the end-user portal, selecting My Requests > Organization Requests, and clicking Follow.
