Is it possible to hide a ticket field from agents?

    Hi Kem Collin Agnabo,
    We're using this app and it works great.
    We use it to hide outdated values from dropdown fields.

    Unfortunately, we just found that these hidden values are also hidden in closed tickets when this actual outdated value was not outdated during that time.

    That means if I hide a value today, then I want the app to still show the same value in a ticket that was closed (not solved) yesterday.
