    I'm not seeing the ability to add a condition for Skills to my public views. It isn't an option that I can select from the dropdown choices. Is this not functional for everyone? We currently use skills-based routing and have an Enterprise plan so this would be very helpful if we could get it working.

    Is this still being rolled out? I do not seem to have access yet and we are very near to the end of October. I'm really looking forward to this update so if there is a way to confirm when it will be available to us, that would be great. Thanks!
