I’m using the side conversation internal comments, and I want to avoid receiving notifications for my own internal comments.
By default, you should not receive an email about your own side conversation update. The assignee of the ticket will also not receive email updates, but all other members of the side conversation will receive email updates.
It is possible to create triggers to send out email notifications based on side conversation activity. Check your triggers to check if any triggers are sending notifications.
Agents will receive growl notifications about a side conversations being created. This, unfortunately, is not something that can be edited or turned off.
