This announcement is to inform all users of Classic reporting in Zendesk Support that Adobe will be ending support for Flash Player on 31st December 2020. Because the chart visualization in Classic reports uses Flash Player, it will no longer be supported after this date and will stop working after this date. The rest of the Classic reporting functionality will not be affected, including table reports and exports.
To read more about Flash Player, see Adobe Flash Player EOL general information page.
Recreating Classic reports using Explore
If you're using Explore Professional or Enterprise, you can recreate the classic reports. Start by reading the Creating queries article, watching the Explore training course, and following some of our popular recipes.
If you only have access to Explore Lite you will find a wide variety of reports in the prebuilt Zendesk Support dashboard.
If you don't have access to Explore, you can access the Classic report you want, click the CSV button to export the report data, then import it into a third-party reporting tool like Microsoft Excel.

It's strange to hear that in 2020 you still use Adobe Flash. You had 2-3 years to to migrate to HTML5 based charts (such as Chart.js). And now you instead of implementing this, suggest using CSV files. You are seriously?
