Why do I see 0 values when reporting on inbound or outbound calls in Zendesk Explore?
In the screenshot below:
- If you are reporting on Inbound calls, then the 0 value means that no inbound calls were received at that number.
- If you are reporting on Outbound calls, then the 0 value means that no outbound calls were made from that number.
If your query only uses one of the below metrics, you can use the Metric filter under Result manipulation to exclude 0 values from your query. For more information, see the article: How do I exclude zero values from my Explore query?
