Why doesn't the Knowledge Base Search app display articles from my help center in Zendesk Chat?
Answer
When you install the Knowledge Base Search app in Zendesk Chat, you are asked for the hc_domain. Insert your Zendesk subdomain and not the URL of your Help Center. For example, if the URL of your Help Center is mycompany.zendesk.com/hc, your subdomain is mycompany.zendesk.com.
