My custom date fields are not included in my CSV export. All of the other custom fields on my account show up in the CSV, but the custom date fields are missing.
The CSV export option does not include all the data in your account. Custom date fields are one of a few field types that do not export when using the CSV format. CSV exports also don't include multi-line text and multi-select fields.
To export full ticket data including custom date fields, use a JSON or XML export instead of a CSV export, or use the Support API.
