I have created a query in Explore and want to double-check the data it's showing. How do I find out what the data represents or what the query includes?
I want to know what ticket numbers, call IDs or other specific data are in the reports of the default dashboard. How do I find the ID of the tickets that make up data I see in the report?
To see the specific tickets that make up a column of your chart, a slice of your pie, a number in your table, or other parts of your Explore report, you can use the Drillthrough feature.
Open the query you would like to understand more about and go to Chart configuration > Drillthrough. Here, select the information you want to know about your data, for example Ticket ID, Ticket created date and Ticket channel.
Click the part of your query you would like more information for, select Drillthrough.
You will now see a popup with a list of the tickets that make of that part of your report, including the information you selected for each.
When you're done, press Ok to return to your chart.
