    Justin Federico – Yes, this has been rolled out.

    Samuel Donovan – No, as the announcement says, it's just when you're looking at a dashboard or in query builder in Explore.

    What to do if we don’t see clickable links on our dashboards? I’ve just tried to click on ticket ID field and I can see only “copy” option

    This isn't working for us. Have added the field Ticket ID to a query in a dashboard, re-published dashboard, link is not clickable.

    We will continue using the workaround until this is ready or fully rolled out...

    The roll out was a slightly delayed. Please let us know if you can access this feature now.

    Renata Nikulina Thanks for the update. It's working. Unfortunately, for us, it's worse than the workaround as this now means it's 2 clicks to open the ticket.
