Create pre-filled ticket forms to make it easier for your customers to initiate a ticket request and, at the same time, ensure you receive pertinent information, by pre-filling your ticket request form with relevant information. See Creating pre-filled ticket forms.
Business verification page for Talk
Discover and manage Talk number regulations with the Talk business verification page. Before you can purchase a Talk phone number, you must meet any local regulations for owning that number. Using the new business verification page in Talk, you can discover the requirements for each country, upload any necessary documentation, and submit it for review right from the Talk settings pages. Plan upgrades via the shopping cart
Plan upgrades via the shopping cart are now available for eligible sales-assisted accounts (referred to as online-assisted accounts). Previously, these accounts could add agent seats or buy more products, but not upgrade their plan types. See Subscription changes available.
Build telephony integration features for Sell
Integrate telephony hardware and software with Zendesk Sell using the Sell Apps framework API and Sell REST API. You can build features in Sell such as embedding a softphone, creating a lead or contact for a caller, and displaying and identifying a caller. See the Sell CTI developer guide.
