Expected behavior: During the maintenance window, we expect Explore to be unavailable for 10 minutes for each of our customers during this time window.
While down for the maintenance, customers trying to connect will receive 5xx errors in Explore.
Customers Affected: All Zendesk Explore customers.

Why we're doing this: We need to perform urgent database upgrades on our Explore product's back end.
