Issue symptoms
When I try to create a new report the button is missing.
Resolution steps
There are two common causes for this issue:
- You are experiencing a device-specific issue. Clear your cache and cookies and verify that your browser is up to date.
- Your account has Explore Lite, Suite Team, or Suite Growth. These plans do not include the option to create custom reports.
