    Hi Cassie,

    Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.

    In regards to your concern, as per our developer's documentation regarding Guide: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/help_center/help-center-api/articles/ we currently don't have any API endpoint for viewing the article events in History view. Looking at the document, the nearest would be edited_at but it will only show the time the article was last edited in its displayed locale.

    Are there any timeline limits for article history within Guide? For example if the change / article version is 24 months old is it still accessible? We are required to maintain the historical record of articles for auditing purposes. Thanks in advance.

    We maintain article history in perpetuity. So there's no time limit on the storage of this information.

    Am I right in thinking there's no record of an Approved event? Or does "Ready for publishing" only ever appear in the history after approval (and in no other circumstances)? Seems unlikely, feel like I'm missing something.

    Hi Zendesk Team,

    I'm looking for events to trigger on any changes in articles of Zendesk. I tried integrating events with Zendesk and AWS but only got details related to Tickets and Chats nothing related to articles. On any changes related to articles in Zendesk, I need to get an event triggered. Based on that event i have to trigger a lambda function in AWS.

    Can you please suggest any possibilities to get the same?
