I am using Legacy Zendesk Chat and I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Answer
To recover your password
- Open the following link: https://dashboard.zopim.com.
- Enter your agent email under Email Address.
- Click Forgot Password?
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link to reset your password is active for two hours, after that time has passed if you didn't reset your password, initiate a new link with the steps above.

I have tried to reset my password to Zendesk Chat both on your website and in the App. I don't receive any mails from you.
