How do I reset my Zendesk Chat password?

    I have tried to reset my password to Zendesk Chat both on your website and in the App. I don't receive any mails from you.

    I checked under your profile and I don't see a ticket created on your behalf. I will generate a ticket from this post and escalate to our Customer Care team so they can assist further.
