How do I add a hyperlink to a trigger?
To add hyperlinks to notifications sent using triggers or automations, you must use HTML. To add a hyperlink, you would use the following HTML:
<a href="link URL">text</a>
For more information on using HTML for formatting, see the article: Where can I use Markdown and HTML in Zendesk Support?

Has this been fixed? We are waiting years for this already! Common!!!
Doesn't work in any automation's anymore.
Not sure if google mail and others are stripping this out, but it used to work, and I've tested this again this morning - and they are not coming through hyperlinked anymore.
Just on this note - I have tested as above with the parenthesis added. -- And this has always worked - and without the parenthesis where neither work.
Help would be much appreciated on why this is. Thanks!
Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.
In regards to your concern, I would advise checking first if you have Rich content formatting selected. From the Support page, go to Admin and under Settings, select Tickets.
Again, I just wanted to inform you as well that like what this article mentioned, we do not support or guarantee the code will work 100% of the time.
Thank you and have a wonderful day ahead!

I recently tried to implement a hyperlink with the HTML option inside of a trigger's text body, but it appears that it is still not working.
Can you, please, consider adding this option or guide us how can we send SMS with a hyperlink in it to an end-user?
I have tried it directly on my end and it's properly working.
You'll need to check your code format to make sure that it's setup correctly. Like what the article mentioned, Zendesk does not support or guarantee the code will work every time.
