    Hi Andrew,
    Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.
    In regards to your concern, unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Since users who will be able to view chat history are only authenticated users and this is currently a built-in feature. 
    To add up, it was also mentioned that only 20 live chat log events at a time. This is to avoid confusion as well for the end-users having to scroll a long list of historical events.
