How do I see which macros are most used in my account?

Answer

You can see the most used macros in your account through the sort by feature.

To see how often macros are used

1. Head to the Macros page.
2. Then, select the sort by menu and select the usage period to sort by.
3. The options allow you to sort by usage up to the last 30 days. To report on macro usage beyond a 30-day period, configure your macros to add a tag. Then, you can use Explore to report on macros using those tags.

You can also use the API endpoint for macros to gather this information. Admins can use the API to pull usage data for personal macros even if they did not create the macros themselves.
