    Wanna put a question here - can you advise how often this has to be done? Weekly? Daily? Or supposedly only when agents having issues with Zendesk?

    Hi Andrew Chu,

    Regularly clearing your browser's cache can help your computer and browser fix problems such as loading issues, formatting issues on a web page and updating your Zendesk settings. 
    We recommend clearing cache whenever there is a change in configuration or a significant update made to your account. As a first step, we also recommend clearing cache when troubleshooting general performance issues with Zendesk.
