Issue symptoms
While trying to add my Instagram account to the Instagram Direct integration I get this error: Couldn't add the channel, try again later.
Resolution steps
Verify that your Instagram page is a business account. Contact Instagram support if you need help converting your Instagram account to a business account.

We have a Instagram Business account, still we are getting this error. Is it because we have trail org ?

Is this your first time Enabling and using Instagram Direct? If yes, you must have the Zendesk Agent Workspace with Social messaging enabled to use this feature. If you can confirm that you have a Business Account and have followed all the steps To add an Instagram Direct channel and still encounter the error, you may reach out to our Customer Support so we can have a closer look into your account
