Agents and end users are reporting that when they navigate to the Help Center, they see the articles in a seemingly random language that they did not intend.
The browser language or locale is likely set to a language variant which does not directly match up with a language that your instance of Zendesk has configured. For example,
EN-World instead of
EN-US. In this instance, the behavior would be expected. Advise anyone experiencing the issue to set their browser language to one that matches with a language featured in your Help Center. It is important to be exact, given the number of language variants that are available.
