My customers or agents see the articles in the help center in a random language.
The browser language or locale is likely set to a language variant that does not directly match up with a language that your instance of Zendesk has configured. For example,
EN-World instead of
EN-US. In this instance, the behavior is expected.
Advise anyone experiencing the issue to set their browser language to one that matches a language featured in your help center. It is important to be exact, given the number of language variants that are available.
