    Clicking the reset password link on the mobile app for Zendesk Chat doesn't work either.  Zendesk's chat function automatically closed and your rep on the phone couldn't help either.  FFS, you have the WORST service!!

    same here, I have an account for chat, cannot login in, did another, crap services

    cannot reset password, cannot get an answer from nobody

    I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
